We work very closely with you on a one to one basis, throughout the wedding planning process, to make sure your wedding cake is the centre piece you dreamed of at your reception.

Flavours
Our cakes are all freshly baked to order so clients can choose from any combination of flavours, including luscious lemon, extra moist carrot, vanilla, limited edition coconut, chocolate, or traditional fruit. Each tier can be a combination of flavours, thus meeting your taste requirements.
Every cake is freshly baked using only the best local ingredients, and lovingly handmade at our studio in Fettercairn by our designer.
The cake is moist and light, it tastes fantastic. They can be covered either in marzipan or soft icing to suit all palettes.

Our New Signature Range
We are proud to have just launched our new signature range of wedding cakes, exclusive to CakesbyDesign - a stunning cake of your design choice, including all decoration and up to 5 tiers, delivery and 50 wedding cake cookie favours to match your cake, total cost £550.
Prices
Every cake we make is completely individual, we famously never make the same cake twice. Something that sets us apart from other companies is our "all inclusive" pricing plan. We price our cakes in this way in order to make planning and budgeting for your event simple and convenient.

Each price includes moderate decoration, filling, boards, ribbons, boxes, delivery and stand/separator hire.

- A slab cake (kept behind the scenes and used just to increase the portions available) to serve up to 100 guests, £40

Portion sizes
Dont forget your guests will have had a fantastic meal so it is not necessary to budget for everyone to have a slice of cake.
